The waiting was a bit long. However, I can never get my car vacummed! I don't want to return the vehicle just for that. I am always reminding them that it is necessary. I went in for routine maintenance and everything went very smoothly. I dropped the car off, had a free coffee and banana in the waiting room while I used their free WiFi on my computer, and within 40 mi very smoothly. I like their service department, though, because they are always friendly and professional and they always do a good job. I've purchased three new vehicles in my life and all have been from this dealership, despite having a Toyota dealership much closer to home. I was happy with my new car experiences because the prices were a little lower here. I was also pleased with the sales people. I never found anyone to be pushy at all. Very important to me.
