I had a problem with my 2002 Highlander that was unexpected. My engine failed, at 118,000 miles thru no fault of my own, but Mark Beitan made it right with a decent trade value and I purchased a new unexpected. I have had a lot of negative experiences at domestic car dealerships and that was part of the reason why I purchased a Toyota FJ Cruiser. This was the first time that I brought my FJ Cruiser into the deale dealerships and that was part of the reason why I purchased a Toyota FJ Cruiser. This was the first time that I brought my FJ Cruiser into the dealership for service (oil change and replacement of the side mirror light bulbs). Everyone was very nice and they did not try to upsell me on a bunch of additional services that I did not require. I was very pleased with the people and the service and will be a repeat customer at this dealership. More
