When we first entered the dealership we were welcomed with open arms. The show room was beautiful. I went in there looking for a quality used vehicle but after talking with Stacey in finance we came up w with open arms. The show room was beautiful. I went in there looking for a quality used vehicle but after talking with Stacey in finance we came up with an affordable plan for a brand new vehicle instead. I didn't think I would be in the market for a new one but Stacey made it happen. At this point we met up with Tony. He showed us the ins and outs of the RAV4 and it didn't take long for my wife and I to realize that this was the car for us. Tony did an excellent job going over all of the details of the vehicle before we left. Without a doubt Rudy Luther Toyota was the pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Well done!!!! More

Boris did an outstanding job finding exactly the vehicle we wanted. He went out of his way to make sure it was there for us the day we requested and we feel we got a great deal. We had used the online financial application prior to signing the papers and Jason in Finance did an excellent job going through the paperwork and made it a very pleasurable experience. I can schedule online to make the appointment when it fits my schedule. I was able to come early and get the work done instead of waiting for my appointment time. The checkin person did a nice job: friendly, helpful, seemed to be knowledgeable on my Prius. The work was done as discussed and the waiting area is nice, large and well stocked so waiting for 30 minutes to 2 hours is not a problem (this trip was about 1 hour). The service document I get when I pay, tell me what was done and if there is any concerns that they want me to watch for. Price is what it is....I always end up with a little more done than I came in thinking I needed to have done, but then again I have 84000 miles on my 2010 prius so things need to be checked out and service done when it needs it. Very happy with the dealership and the service. More
This was my first outing to look at cars for myself in 13 years to replace my 1999 Volvo. I first visited RL Toyota to look at used cars and talked with Billy Devries. He was very helpful. I came back a few weeks later to look at used and new cars. Boris Krinberg worked with me and gave me all the information I needed regarding the Prius, Corolla and Camray Hybrid. I was still uncertain as to the model I wanted to buy. Boris sent me home with information on all the used cars and the new Prius, Camray and Corolla. The next day my neighbor purchased a new Prius at RL Toyota. He was very pleased with his purchase and the professional staff at RL Toyota. I called Boris to make an appointment to come in and purchase a car. He answered all my questions and spent alot of time with me explaining the options on the cars. John Yangwel was efficient and professional dealing with the financing of the car. The person who explained the options was also professional. My past experience with RL Toyota was when we purchased a used Corolla for our daughter when she turned 16. Seven years later the car is going strong. More
I'm sending in a less than great on service simply because virtually every time I have service (which is basically great) I begin driving my car and hear a rattle. Reason? Whoever did the work forgot because virtually every time I have service (which is basically great) I begin driving my car and hear a rattle. Reason? Whoever did the work forgot to place the hood support strut back in its pocket. I have to park the car and nestle it back in its retaining pocket. This has happened at least 3-4 times! Otherwise, I had excellent service. Sue at the check out was very nice and helpful in recalculating my bill with the coupon... which I did not realize should have been shown the service person when I arrived... You might find it helpful in the future to have the service persons (very nice by the way) ask whether the person with the car has a coupon at that time. Blessings, Rev. Garth Schumacher More
