This was my first encounter with the Service Department (for my 5,000 mile servicing) and was extremely impressed. The service was great, people very courteous and friendly. The price was close to what I would have paid at one of the quickie oil change places, but I have a much higher confidence level in the peo friendly. The waiting area is nice too with snacks, coffee and TV. The wait goes by fast. The only complaint I have is that there are 3 doors to the service area, and I never know which line will move faster.
