I've been bringing my 2004 Hylander in for regular service as long as I've owned it. Everyone in the service area is super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I trust they will tell me what needs to be done right now and also what kinds of upcoming service will be needed; they warned me for almost a year that my brakes were going to need service, or that my tires were getting close to needing replaced. That's nice because I can budget for it and also because I trust that I won't be stranded somewhere with car troubles. Only thing that could be improved is the friendliness of the cashiers - just acknowledge me when I get in line even if you're busy with paperwork. Love the shuttle service, complimentary vacuum and car wash!! More

They went out of their way to explain things to me in response to my questions, and they even took me home, so I wouldn't have to you feel special.
