I just got a new Venza in May. They first time I tried using the heated seats they didn't work. I came in to get that fixed. I was told it would be an hour and I was there for just about two hours. Th using the heated seats they didn't work. I came in to get that fixed. I was told it would be an hour and I was there for just about two hours. The problem was fixed but the fact that it took twice as long and not once did someone come to me and say "Oh, we're having trouble finding the issue" or "we found it but it'll take us a lot longer than we anticipated" is just bad customer service in my book. So my first service experience with my new car was a bust. It doesn't give me a lot of faith in that dept. More
Andy usually takes care of my oil change service and today he took care of new tires, oil change and timing belt.. He does a great job and goes out of his way to work with me when I cone in... We saw the truck we purchased on Cars.com and decided to make the trip from Des Moines, Ia to see it. The employees were great to work with and we had a very low pressure experience in dealing with your e make the trip from Des Moines, Ia to see it. Everyone was really great about hanging around until all the paperwork was done and we were ready to drive home. Dealership closed at 5:00pm and we were back on the road at 6:30pm We did notice a problem with the heater on the way home, but I made a call to the Service manger and he told me to call a local Chevrolet dealer and take it there to be fixed, that he would work with them since we had a 30 day warranty. So even though we found this issue, overall our experience was a great one. I would definately recommend your dealership to others. Well, I am being to doubt myself today is day 6 of having my truck and this morning I made a stop on my way to work and my truck would not start when I came back out of the store. I had to call the dealership that was going to fix the heater and have it towed to their place of business to be fixed along with the heater. Definately no off to a good start. More
I was pleased with the service and price I eceived except for thetime it took to get my vehicle to me when I was told it was completed. I brought it in at 10:15 a.m. and told the service person I would be b for thetime it took to get my vehicle to me when I was told it was completed. I brought it in at 10:15 a.m. and told the service person I would be back to pick it up in the early afternoon. When I arrived at 3:00 I was told it was almost done so I waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes when Andy came in and told me I could pay for it because it would be "brought up" in a Few minutes. I then proceeded to wait for approximately 45 minutes before it was finally delivered to me! I think this is unacceptable. Andy did a good job for me but I think someone in the back froom screwed up and didn't work on the van for a very long time. This changed my feelings about your dealership from excellent to OK! From the moment you set foot into the dealership, the atmosphere is different than any other used car dealership. This dealership is supposedly one of the largest in the Midwest. Their fair pricing minim atmosphere is different than any other used car dealership. This dealership is supposedly one of the largest in the Midwest. Their fair pricing minimized the amount of haggling needed, as their salespeople are not paid on commission. From Theo to John the service was exceptional. I really got the sense that they wanted me in the best car I could get for the price (rather than the other way around). Theo took a long walk in the cold finding my car and gave honest opinions about the other cars I was considering. John helped us finance, being honest about which frills he thought were necessary and which weren't, for a couple in our situation. This dealership offered a clean, large showroom, cookies, and a relaxing, friendly environment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anybody. I am satisfied with the car so far,and the Toyota certification checked out against an independent mechanic's investigation. The mechanics looked hard, but couldn't find much wrong with the car. Trustworthy, reliable service. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
A year ago I experienced a long wait time for my car for an oil change. No one came to tell me my car was done. I had to go to the Service desk and ask. At that time, I was given a free oil change, the las an oil change. No one came to tell me my car was done. I had to go to the Service desk and ask. At that time, I was given a free oil change, the last one when fine. This Saturday I had another oil change I had scheduled and again waited more than 90 minutes and had to ask. I was given "it's Saturday, as you can see we are very busy" "I don't normally work on Saturdays". I asked when my car had been completed and never got an answer to that. I was not charged for the oil change but my time is valuable and when I bring in my car and wait, I should NOT be made to wait if my car is ready. More
