It's the experience at the cashier's counter when put through the ringer when writing a check. I've been writing checks here for years on 7+ different Toyotas and when their check approval system doesn' through the ringer when writing a check. Need to find a far better way to treat regular, reliable, and credit-worthy customers at the cashier's counter. I might be back, but I will also now test other dealers who can perform this work....I brought my Lexus LX470 here for service, but now I think I'll take my Land Cruiser to Lexus of Wayzata instead. The intake guys in the garage and the service work itself are very good, but feeling like a possible criminal at the payment counter is unacceptable. She tried to get the system to work 5 times and it wasn't working today. I began to count out cash from my wallet on the counter top and all of a sudden she blurts out "it went through" and when I told her to cancel it I was paying cash it was apparently too late. The mere fact that my check after all these years STILL requires your computerized verification is insulting. You need a far better way to treat your long-time, loyal customers who are extraordinarily creditworthy. More

I love to come here! I always bring work to do, as the wait times are sometimes a bit long but the atmosphere and amenities are very conducive to a wonderful experience. I love the big windows, the clean bathrooms and waiting area, the coffee selection, the tv's, the fruit. And the people, whom I have come to know because they stay with this dealership, are always very pleasant. And I always look for the inimitable and fantastic Jodi Fahey, the woman who sold me my car. Keep it up. It's very, very pleasant to come and wait for my car! And the car always feels "happier" and drives so nicely when they're done with it. And I LOVE that they wash it and vacuum it out for me. I feel like a queen when I leave your place. Thank you! More

I don't even know where to begin. First off, the salesman that I dealt with hung up on me, so I called back, he then said he had a customer with him and to call back in five minutes. Upon doing so he never p that I dealt with hung up on me, so I called back, he then said he had a customer with him and to call back in five minutes. Upon doing so he never picked up. I left a message and he never returned my phone call, so I called him back the following morning. This particular sales person was rather rude and short on the phone, needless to say I drove from Sioux Falls, SD anyways to buy a vehicle. He told me to give him my DL number and date of birth so that he could get the paperwork started while I was on my way, that never happened. He also told me to make my cashiers check out for a certain amount, when I finally was able to get to the finance person the check was made out for the wrong amount. Roughly $1200.00 off. I suggested this come out of his (salesmans's) commission and was told this is only a $200.00 deal. So there I sit finally after much delay they agree to do what I suggested and mail the title to the county courthouse where I live so that I could pay the sales tax there. All and all this has been one of the most, if not the most terrible experiences purchasing a car (or anything else for that matter) that I have ever been involved in. TS More
