Amazing. I came in because the light for tire pressure was on. Kevin pointed out that I was only 500 miles away from a 15K check, and suggested I have that done since I was already there. Toyota employees have always treated me well. I came in for an oil change but they found a leak in the water pump. I've observed that he must have been well trained in his driving skills. And I want to thank the young woman who offered to bring my car in from the cold. I really appreciated that. My only complaint is that my favorite public radio station disappeared. It's the only station I listen to so I've forgotten how to reset it. More

Had to make an "emergency" visit to the service department as the battery in my Prius died. Without an appointment, the service department took my car in, evaluated the battery and replace service department as the battery in my Prius died. Matt Knutson let me know that I'm not alone in having the low tire light come on a lot recently. This was my third visit to address it in the past month. I feel like I am important, yup lil ole me, and I do appreciate the courtesy shuttles when needed, like today. From the service area to my home and when the XB was ready, a pickup at my door back to the dealer, how nice. Everyone takes the time to chat and help me find my car when I don't see it right away.
