The service staff are very easy to work wiith, they take the time to explain items that are needed at the time of the visit and what will be needd in the future. My brakes were making a terrible noise but only if the ABS light and brake light were off. If these lights were on the brakes worked fine. Kong seemed to know what it was right away. He did the diagnostic, called on the extended warranty, and kept me informed. Most of the cost was covered and he had the vehicle ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. I left my office today and found my car battery totally dead. The friendly team at Rudy Luther had my car towed across town to their shop, battery replaced and car washed in less than 2.5 hours. I was greeted promptly and my service order was taken. I chose to wait in the lounge as I was only there for and oil change so I watched TV and had coffee while my car was serviced. Came in to look at Toyota Sequoia SUV and was paired up with Lon Blumenberg. He couldn't have been a more friendly and helpful sales person. Never once did he pressure me to make a purchase and always an with Lon Blumenberg. He couldn't have been a more friendly and helpful sales person. Never once did he pressure me to make a purchase and always answered my questions in a timely manner. Many times it involved him emailing me or calling me on his day off. I did end up purchasing the vehicle from him (he had to get the vehicle transferred from another dealership in the cities), of which he wouldn't tell me where it was, but he was able to meet my timeframe without any issues. When I finally decided to go ahead with the purchase it was approaching closing time for the dealer. I offered to come back to fill out the paperwork, but that was not an option. So instead I ended up having Jenna the accessory representative, John the finance representative, Lon the Sales person, and the used car appraiser all talking to me at once. It was beyond overwhelming and extremely confusing. This part did not impress me and nor did it make me happy. Fortunately, we didn't actually purchase any of the accessories from the dealer this evening (do yourself a favor and look at Partznet.com which is an authorized Toyota dealer in PA). When I finally did get a chance to see the vehicle and close on the sale things continued to be confusing from John the Finance representative (and I work in Finance). He was not very clear with his pricing and he didn't seem to quite understand all of the service plans and extended warranty plans offered by Toyota. When it came down to it, he was literally calling me a few hours before the sale to have all the paperwork completed in advance which was a very nice gesture. However, he did manage to mis-quote me a price for one of the service packages which I caught. In addition, when closing on the paperwork, he neglected to apply my deposit against the purchase price which I needed to remind him about. Overall, he definitely was very nice, although I never felt totally comfortable with the way he handled the process. The worst part about the overall sale was the day I went to pickup my vehicle. I took the afternoon off of work and had informed Lon I would be in at 330 to pick it up. When I arrived, Lon was working with another customer which was totally understandable. He indicated the first thing he had to do was get me in the queue of John the finance representative. It took OVER AN HOUR of me waiting before I finally got upset and asked to either work with someone else or begin reviewing the vehicle. The overall visit to pick up the vehicle ended up taking over 2 hours and I supposedly had an appointment. This part was the most frustrating of the overall process. The vehicle was washed and looked great though and the service representatives were extremely friendly. With all the above said, I still would do business with this dealership and I do recommend the dealer. More

I visited for a recall. The valet men were extremely pleasant. Really nice to have gotten my car for me when it was ready and brought inside. Code said, "This is what we do!". Good to see young men bein pleasant. Really nice to have gotten my car for me when it was ready and brought inside. Code said, "This is what we do!". Good to see young men being polite and doing their job! However, on the sales floor, it took 20 minutes for somebody to finally approach while I kept walking and getting in a few cars I was interested in. And nobody had anything to do......not even the receptionist asked if I needed help. Makes me think twice about doing business here. More
