I would never bring my car anywhere else for service! I live in Iowa and was looking for a competitive price on a new car. It is convenient for me to buy in the Twin Cities, so I checked the dealers there on-line. I received an immediate response from Justin a new car. It is convenient for me to buy in the Twin Cities, so I checked the dealers there on-line. I received an immediate response from Justin Miles late on a Saturday afternoon, and he quoted the dealer's "fair value price." It was competitive, so I went in for a test drive. Justin took me on a very thorough "tour" of the car pointing out all the features. He found a car on the lot in the color that I wanted so I could see how my new car would look. I was also surprised at the trade-in value offered on my old car. It was given after i had been told the "fair value price" and was more than the price I was offered at CarMax locally. All in all, the experience was delightful. More
I had to bring my car in for a recall service. I was told in advance that this would take one hour. Mark Perra remembered me from previous visits and greeted me enthusiastically. He was very pleasant while completing the paperwork and apologized for the time required.The service was prompt. I found the waiting area to be pleasant with lots of current newspapers to read. When the service was complete, Mark notified me. I asked if my car had shown any problem with the passenger window. He explained that it had not and then further explained the inspection and preventive maintenance process. I appreciated getting this explanation. I remember reading about the problem several months ago but it was useful to get a refresher. When one has to take a couple hours of their own time to deal with a recall, it is very nice to feel involved and included in the what goes on. Mark make you feel positively towards Toyota by treating you as a partner in the recall process. More
Duane was the man who interacted with me. He was courteous and took the time to give the whole car a quick check such as lights, rust, and an overview of dings. I can't think of any way he could have been more of a gentleman or more helpful to me while I waited in the room for other car customers. The amenities provided there were exceptional, also. Brought my 2005 Prius in for 90k checkup and service. Was told it would take about 1.5 hous plus recall work .75 hour. I waited more than 3 hours, no one explained what was taking so long or updated me Was told it would take about 1.5 hous plus recall work .75 hour. I waited more than 3 hours, no one explained what was taking so long or updated me on anything. Finally walked around and found my car in the parking lot. I don;t know how long it had been there. Talked to the casheir and she said "just finished, completing paperworrk". About 5 minutes later person went over paperwork and she said "of course you know about the water pump" I had no idea what she was talking about, no one talked to me about a a water pump or anything else for that matter. I don't think any work was done on the pump. She told me it was leaking. She also said the reason it took longer was there was an alignment needed (up to now no one mentioned that either). Still need water pump fixed. 2 1/4 hours estimate time turned int 3 1/2 and all the work was not done. Not informed of anything until I initiated conversations and getting ready to pay. More

I came in on-the-fly for a situation that req'd service and I did not have an appt. Kevin was so friendly as well as optimistic that he could help me for a reasonable price. He even got on a piece service and I did not have an appt. Kevin was so friendly as well as optimistic that he could help me for a reasonable price. He even got on a piece of plastic to put down, so he could look under my car on his back as to give me the most accurate estimate possible. He quoted me a reasonable price to fix my splash guard that had come down on one side of my undercarriage, he let me know what services were due when I was able, and he quoted me a reasonable time for which I had to wait for my car to be fixed. He really was awesome and I feel he didn't try to jack the price up unneccessarily nor did he try to push me toward any more services, yet let me know what was due. I felt like Kevin truly cared. More
