The follow up support the next day, to answer more questions (about rear door operation and the phone system) was helpful. The problem I would call attention to is the complexity of electronics and computer system--far, far too much information for us to absorb. A week after purchase, we are unable to understand and use most of the computer-based features (radio, phone, navigation). I think training classes should be offered for people such as my wife and me, if requested. More
