So this week, we decided to check out a new Camyr and again, a great experience. Every thing was laid out so clearly. I really felt like things were being explained to me, not sold to me. When I had specific questions, I got specific, useful answers, like why I may or may not want this option without any pushing, just info. This easy going, informative approach followed us right into the business office. Again, my specific questions were answered helping me see the benefit of my choices either way. I really think Rudy Luther Toyota has if figured out. They seem to understand how people want to buy cars. This is how car buying should be. Way to go Tony! More

Why would you even to bother to list your vehicles on external sites such as CarGurus, if you aren't willing to sell to people out of state? I was a director of credit for 15 years for a 3 Billion dollar region. I know about identity theft, and know how to take precautions without discriminating against a potential buyer. I am a Veteran! Why would you even bother to have an eCommerce department? I'm appalled, and I'm angry. And most of all I'm disgusted by the email I received and the time I wasted. If the company policy is to only sell to in-state customers or neighbor states, they need to list that as an exclusion on ads and your website. Ridiculous...I was going to fly there...TODAY! D.P.M. At this time however, I have been advised by my sales manager that we will be keeping this vehicle available in our inventory, for in state customers, for the time being, as it can get rather complicated selling to a person from a different state. Just curious, but what is it about this vehicle that attracted you to it, in comparision to the other available ones in Florida?
