I couldn't be happier with the car, but also the buying experience and the service I received. I was originally considering flying to DC to pick up a 2017 model I had a line on with 5,000 miles on the clock, but I wanted to give my local dealer a try before committing to a car on the other side of the country. Mike took the time to listen to the details of the offer I had on the table from the DC dealer and then offered me a few things to consider about buying new vs. used, especially when the differences between the two cars were so slight and few given their age and mileage. Mike spent nearly an hour with me helping me find the model I wanted, with the right trim and features. We did the math and ultimately it made a lot more sense to buy a brand new 2018 model locally. Mike gave me all the information I needed to help me make my own decision, informed and with a high degree of confidence. He also humored my every question, no matter how random or out of left field they were about the car too! :-) The financing process couldn't have been easier too. Stacey, the dealership's finance manager was an absolute joy to work with. I felt like I walked away with an exceptional deal and a fantastic rate. This was the easiest part of the entire buying experience. Picking up the colors, trim and features of the car was much more involved! Haha. After a half-hour in the 'bull-pen," Matt delivered the results of my Recall Inspection. After another half-hour, he explained all the findings and I was on my way. All within an hour's time. I was impressed with the way all the service people dealt with us waiting in the "bull pen."
