Fast, Friendly, and Professional I was greeted by a service technician almost immediately in the spotless drop-off area, everything was explained, and I went to the pleasant lounge to I was greeted by a service technician almost immediately in the spotless drop-off area, everything was explained, and I went to the pleasant lounge to wait, The lounge is roomy and comfortable, and has newspapers TVs, a play area for kids, cookies, coffee, and fruit. Although I had been told that service would take an hour, it was done in 45 minutes. I heard a service person apologizing profusely to another customer for being three minutes over an hour. They clearly take their time estimates seriously. My service person explained everything that had been done, and I noticed a display of belts and filters and other parts, to help customers understand some of the service procedures. Going in for service is an enjoyable experience here. More

Amazing car buying experience! I have never had a good experience when buying a car so had been putting it off for a long time. My boyfriend called and did some checking around. We ended up going to Rudy Luther Toyota and having Billyas our salesman. Right from the start he was honest, up front and a pleasure to deal with. We made the deal and when I went back to pick up the Rav 4, I saw a color I liked better and changed my mind. Billy was great about getting the new one detailed and ready for me to take home very quickly. Chris in the finance office was above excellent in getting the financing done. Ether experience was so satisfying we will be returning soon to get a truck for Craig. More

The service department saved me money and repaired my car. I came in for brake repair that was recommended on my last service visit. I came in with a coupon and they found a better coupon and saved me more mo I came in for brake repair that was recommended on my last service visit. They completed all the repairs at a lower cost and was completed quicker than planned. The waiting room was great. I used the wifi and was able to get connected to my work. Everything was great for my visit. As it has been in the past. That is why I come back for every repair. More
