We had such a great experience with her three years ago - smart, savvy, informative, great attitude, helpful - that we sought her out last week in advance of knowing we needed to do another trade-in for a new or used vehicle. She lined up both used and new vehicles we were interested in test driving, ran numbers for a variety of purchase and leasing scenarios, and even found a student discount for us that I didn't even know existed! We went in thinking to buy a used vehicle, but ended up leasing something new, but only because the terms worked for us and ended up being a better solution/option overall than going with used. Nettie is a fantastic no-nonsense, no-pressure, hugely helpful and knowledgable individual that it's been a pleasure to do business with on a repeat basis! More

Overall a good experience I am happy with our purchase and for the most part happy with the experience. I would say my reception was a little luke warm. I had to ask for help at the reception area as three salesmen stood conversing three feet away. After my salesman decided that I was a viable customer, he was more engaged and took care of me. My only critique would be he needed to be a little more polished and knowledgeable in his delivery of information my daughter and I wanted. Nothing major, just not brush over things like details / options about the finance percentage rates, which deals / offers applied to our particular purchase etc. - Again, he took care of us and we were able to make the transition we wanted along with adding some options that would be part of the purchase and some that we would be acquiring later. More

Great Very friendly, thorough, explained what I should watch for down the road. I also had the oil change card and had 4 previous oil changes so my oil change part of the 70,000 mile check up ended was deducted off my total bill. Kudos to the cashier who checked me out for asking if I had the card as I totally forgot all about that and had it in my billfold. More
