It was an easy experience I came in to check out the selection of used Prius. We found exactly what we were looking for. Oil and filter changes Service started off well. I told Ryan that I knew we needed tires but I was not going to get them this visit. We also had an issue with with one of th Service started off well. We also had an issue with with one of the tires being under inflated. 45 minutes into the oil change he tracks me down letting me know what I could get the new tires for. Hard sell. Not happy. Next he points out that the low tire is due to rust build up on a rim but didn't fix it and would not rotate tires unless I fixed the rust. So I didn't get the tire rotation nor did they repair the tire rims. ($33 per rim.) I was already there for over 90 minutes so I didn't push to get the rims repaired. We are quite close to purchasing a new Toyota Hylander and are a bit put off by this behavior. More
