I bought a new Toyota Tundra 5 months back knowing that we will be receiving the second key fob later since they were on back order. Unfortunately, instead of Rudy Luther keeping us informed of when they e we will be receiving the second key fob later since they were on back order. Unfortunately, instead of Rudy Luther keeping us informed of when they expect the fobs, I have to keep calling and instead it would be nice if the dealer would be proactive and advise us that that the target keeps moving so I don't have to be the one following up. Also, now it seems that Rudy Luther is just punting on the notion of customer service and instead of following up with the manufacturer on a potential delivery date to keep the customer informed, the response is "we know nothing" and you will have to wait to hear from Toyota. I guess once a sale is made, they wash their hands of their customers and move on to the next sale. More
