I bought a used Rav4 from Rudy Luther that ended up having nail in the tire which wasn't repairable and required a new tire, and in the end required 4 new tires since its AWD. Instead of trying to work with me to resolve this issue, I have received the run around from the service department and the salesperson who sold me the car. I am now being completely ignored by the dealership so will be taking my car elsewhere to be serviced. I had a mostly good experience buying the car, but pretty awful customer service as soon as I drove it off the lot (they owed me a 2nd key fob that I never would have received if I didn't continue to follow up on it). Just after 8am, went to the Parts counter and rang the bell of service. I could hear people in the Parts area having a fun conversation along the lines of catching up that morning. The conversation kept going, and, after at least 5 minutes, I rang the bell again. The conversation continued uninterrupted. Neither of the cashiers were offering to help, so I managed to get the attention of one of them and asked whether the Parts dept. were available. She said that Parts were available, and she said that she'd check. She took a step through the doorway into Parts, then turned back to me and said Parts had only 2 people, that they were busy, and that I needed to wait. The conversation within the Parts area was still going.... After a few more minutes, I left. More

Another great experience with Rudy Luther Golden Valley The first was with my wife before we were married 16 years ago. She needed a co-signer. My wife’s father wasn’t mobile and they drove almost 100 miles to meet with him. This time wasn’t nearly as exciting 😉 but once again they went above and beyond to make us feel happy and a “lifelong customer”. Bought a beautiful camry from Rudy Luther Golden Valley and in about five years I plan to return to do it all over again. Well done! I will see you again to buy another car, after I put about 100,000 miles on this one. 😃 More
