I am so sorry that you are having trouble with our Mazda service. We are under remodeling construction and with the shop separated we do have a few hurdles to clear. Please understand we're doing the absolute best we can, and we have your interest at heart. Rachel is sorely missed, however we have promoted Lorena and she is training to be our new manager.
