Awesome service after the sale. I do think their putting very over priced extras on the vehicle before purchas is repressive. Really? 500 for a plastic floor mat? And seriously undercuting trade in value at the same time. One or the other, but not both. Come on, you make great profit on the VW branding. You don't need to be so greedy. More

In general I had received good service until I took my Taos in for the 30,000 miles service, they informed me that they had to replace the rear brakes. I was surprised since I have never had to make that Taos in for the 30,000 miles service, they informed me that they had to replace the rear brakes. I was surprised since I have never had to make that expense in any of my previous vehicles with only 30,000 miles, I asked why they had not informed me of the problem in the service of the 20,000 miles who surely already knew about the problem to which the employee replied that was why they gave me the report that I should have seen it. it seemed to me a rude way of answering since I didn’t know how to interpret the the numbers in that report I researched on the internet and I realized that all the 2022 Taos had this problem. I asked if VW could cover it and the employee told me that he didn’t earn enough to pay my bill, which would amount to a little over $600 dll. I thought it was disrespectful since I didn’t ask him to pay it for me, but rather the VW company. More
