I called Honda last Friday to see how I can check on my car battery since it was dead and could start up the car if when I jumped the battery. The person who answered the phone couldn't care less about my car battery since it was dead and could start up the car if when I jumped the battery. The person who answered the phone couldn't care less about my issue. When I explained my trouble, he said you need to bring your car to the dealer. I asked how I drive a dead battery car? He said you can take the battery out and bring it. I then asked, do you provide roadside assistance or towing, he said it is $150charge for the towing (I can't remember the exact price) I hung up on him. Later I got the battery out after watching Youtube videos and showed up to the dealer. I understand there are charges for any service but when a customer is having problem specially a woman, they should be a little more understanding and sympathetic. He could have easily said " I am sorry you are going through this. Having a dead battery is no fun. We do service towing but there is a charge.... Rather than throwing the $150 charge in my face. Let me ask you how much the charge is and decide if i want to pay for it or not. When they fixed the battery, they got me a Lift for no charge. I have been with Honda over 20 years and have never experienced this kind of service. More
Joel Aguirre was awesome! He was super informative and had great customer service. Even took the time to explain all the maintenance procedures that were done to my car. I chose this dealership due its reputation and prior experience but this time around I was somewhat disappointed; there is no such thing as customer service after purchasing a new car. No walk around, n experience but this time around I was somewhat disappointed; there is no such thing as customer service after purchasing a new car. No walk around, no explanation of anything- I used YouTube to learn about my 2025 Civic and its accessories. With that said I’ll continue to ask YouTube for any questions and/or my coworkers. More
