When it came to negotiations he was very easy to deal with .After I bought the car he took the time to explain all the features and even helped me program my phone into the car . I walked out of another dealership because of all the sales-y BS and couldn't even objectively decide if I liked the other car because I was so put off by the salesman. Walking into Royal was remarkably different. There was no hassle, we could test drive without a bunch a pressure, and when I went back in the next day to buy, I had a great experience with Don, Matt, and Mike. I already liked the car a lot but my experience is what sold me the car. I got a nail in my tire two days after I bought my new car and Matt even offered to pay for half the tire. So unnecessary but so appreciated! We own two Mazdas and we'll be back when we are ready for our next car! More

This past weekend I leased a new Mazda CX5 and had to conduct a lot of the negotiating via e-mail due to my schedule. Don Hamrick and Michael Adams were both helpful and quick to answer all of my questions and assist me on the Saturday when I picked it up. I cannot speak to the quality of the service department with regards to my last Mazda.....all I ever had to do it was change oil, tires, and replace one battery in the 9 years I owned the car. These cars are such a great value that I cannot see myself ever buying another make of vehicle in the future. I have already recommended Royal Mazda to a few friends of mine that are in the market for a new car. More

The recall notice stated that a loaner car would be provided, which I asked for and was confirmed I would get one. I took the car in and they asked me if I needed a ride somewhere. I told them they were supposed to have a loaner. They called over to Toyota and they only had a truck. I cannot drive a truck because of medical condition. So I waited for a half hour for them to come back and tell me they didn't have one. So I had them get my car back and stormed out. I haven't heard from them at all and it has been a week. Will be trading in my Mazda for a Chevy. More
Went in for throttle left with window issues I took my car in for a throttle issue, I informed them that the drivers window did not roll down but not to worry about it because i knew what the iss I took my car in for a throttle issue, I informed them that the drivers window did not roll down but not to worry about it because i knew what the issue was and would be addressing it myself (the blue clips holding it in place on the arms had cracked, the regulator was still functional the window would just bounce off the track when you rolled it down). When I picked up the car on my break i noticed the wooden blocks wedged in between the window and the door. I did not have time to go back in and question it. On my way home I removed the blocks and to my great surprise my window started slipping down into the door I placed my finger on the button to roll it up and to my even greater surprise the regulator was completely disconnected. I had to pull over and fight the window up manually and somehow managed to get the wooden pieces back in before it could crash into the door and shatter. I think what upsets me most about this is that A.) That window was stable when it went in, I told them I knew what was wrong and that I didn't want them to mess with it and B.) Nobody had the decency to even stop me and say "hey we did this now those blocks are there don't take them out" or xxxx even try to lie to me and say "well your window started slipping". Not one word was ever mentioned to me about it just " Here's your key have a nice day." Also the price I ended up paying was more than 300 over what I was quoted. I will absolutely never pay for service here again. I will have all issues that can be handled at Micro Motors handled there because the price he quotes me is the price I pay, and he doesn't randomly disassemble things on my car without telling me. If there is something he can't fix and it absolutely has to go to the dealership it will be towed to the one in indy. More

One week later I get a voicemail that they cut through the right axle after installing spring seats and that it's going to take more time. Long story short, four weeks later when I received my car back, it is now leaking coolant, which it was not doing before the whole ordeal. Never again will I trust Royal Volvo Bloomington with my or any of my family members' vehicles. I was unaware of their terrible reputation before this but have been told by several people since that the Volvo reputation in Bloomington is the reason they went with Audi instead. Now I understand why. My car will be taken to our personal mechanic in Indianapolis from now on. More

The used car manager gave me a figure for which the dealership would buy my car--on the spot or with in 10 days. As I shopped for a new car 3 weeks later; I gave the new dealership the name of where my vehicle had been serviced, and told them these guys would give more for my car than they were offering!! So, the new dealer called my local dealer, and it turns out they did NOT remember any such offer, and did NOT need/want any of my type of vehicle at this time!!! This REALLY p.o.'d me!!! I will not use them further, as places should stand by what they say!!!!!!!!!! More
