I've owned my car nearly a decade and, although it isn't particularly high milage for it's age, I do anticipate an occasional up-charge for problems that aren't immediately apparent. However, I got in quickly, was evaluated quickly, informed of suggested replacements of filters and rubber, and was out in about an hour. One comment, I could do without the day-time TV programs in the customer lounge. Aside from that it was a good experience and, lucky, with in walking distance of my house. I'll be back. More
