Work on Airconditioner I took my daughters 2012 Ford Escape to them to look at air conditioner. She was told they would have to put a dye in it and drive for a week and half I took my daughters 2012 Ford Escape to them to look at air conditioner. She was told they would have to put a dye in it and drive for a week and half then bring back for them to look at it. She returned with it on 6/20 at 7:00 am they did not look at it until we phoned them at 3:30 to check on it, stated they would get back with us. They left my daughter a msg which she returned and told them they needed to speak to her father. He called them they told him my daughter gave them permission to keep over night. After 3 days of run around from them and getting ugly with them we were able to pick the car up and wanted to be charged again for what was previously paid for. We drove the car for 3 days and the air stopped again. We returned to Royal Oaks they told us we would have to bring it back 5 days later. We returned it they proceeded to tell us we was not running the air correctly. They kept the car phoned our extended warranty people they stated it should have all been fixed the first time it was in their. Royal Oaks phoned us told us that the warranty people would only pay for top hose and not bottom hose and no labor since they thought it should have all been fixed the first time. They were very rude and not very accomidating. We left with the car unfixed after spending right at $1000,00 and still no air. I spoke to someone else who does ac work and they informed me that the warranty people would not pay for one hose and not the other that Royal Oaks was trying to scam us. I will never return to that to them and I will tell everbody I know not to go them. More

A Happy Old Lady In all my years I have NEVER EVER been treated so well at a car dealership as I Have at Royal Oaks. I have been ripped off by every mechanic that I've been to in Paducah and most dealerships since I've been divorced. So I was flabbergasted at the service and kindness and honesty and friendliness of all the staff I met. They all bend over backwards to take care of their customers. I still fee like Queen for a Day just going there to get the forever free car washes. Harold Schultz sold me the car and went out his way to see that I was satisfied and to teach me the tech stuff. I am so thrilled that I've considered standing out in front of their business with a large sign that says "Buy Your Car Here." More
