Went into Royal Moore Toyota due to the fact that I was not happy with my last service at Beaverton Toyota. I had a bad vibration in what I thought was the rear speaker and was told by the prior Dealershi not happy with my last service at Beaverton Toyota. I had a bad vibration in what I thought was the rear speaker and was told by the prior Dealership that there was nothing that could be done. I was also told that the cabin air filter was not included in my 10K mile service, which it showed in the Maintenance Book was included. As it turned out the other dealership charged Toyota for the cabin air filter which I did never received. Carmen went out of his way to look up my prior service, and that is when we discovered what Beaverton Toyota had done. The vibration was located in the headliner of my vehicle and an appointment was scheduled to have this fixed, I hope. Because it is still under warranty, I will also be provided a rental vehicle. Carmen and Royal Moore is my new dealership. I cannot rate the quality of work yet as the work has not been completed. More
Our Highlander was scheduled for routine oil change/inspection service. Also there was a fuel pump recall so all the maintenance was performed at one time. been coming here for about 15 years now.....i've gotten to know the "oldies", and now am getting to know the younger crew/front desk people. YOU know my car, and i appreciate that.
