Excellent Service at Royal Moore Toyota Rick Murry, Service Manager is an Excellent Service Manager. He is always pay attention to his customers needs, good working relationships with his S Rick Murry, Service Manager is an Excellent Service Manager. He is always pay attention to his customers needs, good working relationships with his Service Adivisors and Auto Mechanics to make sure to provide very good customer's needs. I strongly believe that he is No.1 Toyota Service Manager in Portland/Vancouver Metropolitan area. Lisa is my personal Service Advisor and she always friendly and courteous. She always follow up with my services and my service needs are met. AWS is very pleasant man and he is very patient and customer oriented. I know he can assist with sale of the car. He is very experienced. Royal Moore is the best Dealership in Portland/Vancouver Metropolitan area. More

Service Department Met with service to drop off my new truck to have the bedliner sprayed. Sheila was patient and helpful while I struggled to get my ducks in a row. Bob was great! So was Golda! I bought my vehicle from Golda and that was an amazing experience! But then I came in for my plates and Bob was on his knees, drilling the holes to ha I bought my vehicle from Golda and that was an amazing experience!
