George is a gem. He is patient and worked with us through a difficult problem with our Toyota. He was straightforward, more than fair, and continued to work with us until the problem was finally fixed. We purchased the car from Royal Moore in 2015 and the excellent customer service George has consistently provided in their shop keeps us coming back to Royal Moore for service for our two Toyotas.
