Honesty and friendiness I sent my car to Roayal Moore for regular maintenance ($44.95 with a coupon) and diagnosis for air conditioning. Firstly Lisa said $130 for A/C diagno I sent my car to Roayal Moore for regular maintenance ($44.95 with a coupon) and diagnosis for air conditioning. Firstly Lisa said $130 for A/C diagnosis. After two hours waiting, she said couldn't find the problem and probably needed $240 more for detailed check. I went home for lunch. In the afternoon, she called me said "find out the problem and need $900 for replacing a A/C Amplifier. But we need wait until the part arrived tomorrow." Next day, I went to take my car with a little upset because of the unexpected big charge. Understanding my situation, Lisa agreed I could order the part by myself to save some money and charged me only totally for $269.95. She explained the deducted $120 was due to continued diagnosis took only one hour instead of originally estimated two hours. I was surely happy. After receiving the part ($467) I ordered, I went to Toyota again for installing the A/C Amplifier today. Originally Lisa said $300 for labor fee. But after about one hour waiting, she charged me only $150 with a sound air conditioning system. What a friendly and honest service advisor! Lisa is indeed the best service advisor I've ever met in USA and Taiwan Toyota companies for my passed thirty years. More

However, I've had a series of recent disappointments in the service department at Royal Moore Toyota. Assistant Service Manager Ray Valero and Service Manager Rick Murray worked to resolve their service errors and my complaints. Mr Murray has promised to establish new procedural steps to insure that what happened to me doesn't happen to any future customers. This is what a good business does. Thank you. I highly recommend Ray Valero, Assistant Service Manager. His customer service skills are to be commended, and he knows how to go above and beyond to make sure every Royal Moore customer is treated with respect, dignity, and fairness. I hate to borrow the old sales line from a competitor, but "Quality is Job 1." Expect Royal Moore's service department to do that for you. More
