Brandon was one of the reasons I flew in from out of state to buy my 4Runner. He was quick to answer all of my questions and provide all the information I needed in a timely manner. I had a horrible experience. Patrick "sales manager" and "finance manager" Luis are liars that do not back up what the promise or say and do not care about customer experience.
