Hank made sure I was well taken care of. There was NEVER any pressure, and you could tell he truly cared that I found the right car at the right price that would work for me. This day was a pivotal moment in my life (getting a divorce, buying my first new car all on my own), and Hank was there guiding me each step of the way. Bill, of course was a rock star too, checking in, making sure I was happy with my new Scion, and then I can't not mention Doug, the magic man, who worked with me on my financing, and made sure I walked away satisfied with my trade in and payments. Got the best price for new Camry here. Did a small research on local prices before buying. Here I get the best one, saved some cash to celebrate the buying of new car. Best Customer Service Ever I went in on Labor Day after going to Ron Tonkin and Broadway and searching on the Internet. I was tired of all the sales pitches. I was initially greeted and helped by a sales associate who ended up being a complete condescending jerk who brushed me off as soon as we got back to the lot from a test drive. I was handed off and greeted by Jessie Polk, who ended up being the most nicest sales associate. He provided me with all the information I needed about the Prius V2 I needed. A couple hours later, I drove off the lot with my new Prius V. I was very happy about the price as it was the lowest compared to everyone else's. Jessie was awesome. I commend him for recuperating a disasterous buying experience to a very pleasant one. More

Bought a 2nd new Toyota from Royal Moore, they are great! We were rear ended in our previous Toyota and it was totaled by the insurance. We wanted to find a similar replacement. There weren't many places I car searched that were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about me, but this place did! Jessie is who was helping me, and he did all that I could to find me the car I was looking for and have it fit my budget. We went for a test drive and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. I told him today that I found the exact car I was looking for and he was happy for me! That's what it's all about. This place just wants to make sure their customers are happy, and they will do everything in their power to ensure that this happens. More
