After I settled with the insurance company I came back to Royal Moore and told them about my situation which they were very sympathetic and caring. I told him I wanted to get another Tacoma certain color and year(2016) which they told me that it will take a couple of days to get here but they would be more than willing to provide me with a loaner until my new Tacoma came in. What service!… when my 2016 Tacoma finally KMan it's like Jessie and Pam did not miss a beat. Their customer service was amazing. Coming from the hospitality industry I know what it takes to keep customers coming back and that's what Jessie and Pam did for me. From here on out, they will forever have a loyal customer. More

Internet sales experience. Internet sales experience was very easy. Jason inform me of the price for the vehicle but he was not going to be at the dealership on the day that w Internet sales experience was very easy. Jason inform me of the price for the vehicle but he was not going to be at the dealership on the day that we came in to pick up the car. He advised me that I would be talking to Nathan. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Nathan who handed us off to Luis. Later Nathan presented us with the price that was different than what Jason had told us. Apparently the car had a few added items that wasn't disclosed to me. Nathan was very accommodating and was able to still sell me the car for the price that Jason head what quoted. Luis was very helpful and went out of his way to explain how each of the accessories in the car worked. We rate Luis very high in his courteousness politeness and helpfulness. More
