When I arrived at the dealership Michael was outside in mere seconds to greet me practically at my car door :) He guided my wife and I through the in's and out's of the Prius features and Toyota Pre-Owned cars. He was patient through all my questions and wavering to deciding on purchasing. Pam guided us through the finance process and also was very patient through all my questions on coverage and price of upgrades. Before leaving with the vehicle he made certain that I was aware of how to operate the vehicle entirely even using the integrated sound system with Bluetooth. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Royal Moore and specifically from Michael. More

Frist Class Sales and Pricing! I was in the market for a 2016 RAV4 or a Mazda CX5. I worked with Austin and he was very friendly and thorough on showing me the features of the both I was in the market for a 2016 RAV4 or a Mazda CX5. I worked with Austin and he was very friendly and thorough on showing me the features of the both cars and with his help, I landed on the RAV4. I especially liked like his no pressure attitude and he really seemed genuine about helping me find the perfect car for me. Unfortunately, they didn't have the color I wanted in stock, but amazingly enough, he was able to source one in a weeks’ time. During the time when I was waiting, Austin was with me every step of the way texting and calling me about the delivery of the vehicle. Once it had arrived, Austin and the sales staff were more and reasonable and accommodating with the price and whole transaction was very comfortable and smooth. I was recommended to come here by a friend and it looks like I will be doing the same for someone else. After the test drive he got us right in with Brent in finance who was thorough, quick and didn't try to tack on unnecessary add ons. When it turned out the dealership didn't have a model with the exact features we were looking for they were able to obtain one within 24 hours.
