Streamlined and pleasant experience We had been looking for a Highlander for a month or so, but couldn't find what we wanted. I e-mailed Jason telling him what we wanted and he not only responded right away, he also gave us invaluable information regarding the options available (pros and cons). He had no problem getting us the vehicle we wanted! We were extremely happy with the price he quoted us as well as the service we received from everyone there. The drive was totally worth it! More

I assisted my daughter in buying a new Mazda 3 at Royal Moore Toyota. Why Toyota for a Mazda? Because Jessie works at the Toyota and handles the online sales. I had done a Kelly Blue Book valuation of my Miata as a possible trade-in or outright dealer purchase. Jessie responded. When I told him we were coming in to check out a specific listing, he brought the car over from next door,took her for a test drive and sat down and helped us work out a deal that we were both pleased with. It did take one iteration but we got a good deal. He also made sure the vehicle was detailed and ready to go once we had completed the pages and pages of the sales agreement with Brent. Brent kept it light and helped her decide which financing package to go with and caught a glitch in the first printout so did it over to ensure we got the discount. Overall, the best car buying experience ever. More
