Michael Heusler is a genuine human being I knew what I wanted: they had a Scion with a manual transmission. My daughter, baby grandson and I showed up (a long drive), and I immediately felt a difference with Michael. He was personable, not at all pushy, and we ended up talking for a couple of hours, I think, while I waited for everything to be put into place to complete the sale. Nate, too, is a sweetheart. I left there feeling as though I had a positive experience, nobody was hustling, and it was the smoothest and most pleasant car-buying experience of my life--and I've had a few. And so far, I love the Scion. More

Mark Smith was a great guy who took me through the proces It was a great experience buying my first car (Toyota Camry XLE 2014) at Royal Moore Toyota. Mark Smith was a great guy who took me through the process, slowly, explaining all details with patience, and providing valuable guidance throughput. When I told him that I needed to get my desired car color and trim level within 2-3 days, he went out of the way to ensure the car was delivered to their lot on time. He even stayed up late to give me a confirmation call that the car had arrived and it was good to be sold the next morning (4th of July!!). Also, the test drives (with Michael) were fantastic. Both of them explained in detail the features in all Camry versions and I learnt a lot from them which helped me in making my final decision to go for the XLE. Strongly Recommend if you are looking for a Toyota!! More
