Royal Moore is the best!! I went to Royal Moore in the hopes of getting a 2017 Toyota Yaris IA. I went there after my car was stolen just before my birthday, at 23, not so good I went to Royal Moore in the hopes of getting a 2017 Toyota Yaris IA. I went there after my car was stolen just before my birthday, at 23, not so good credit, and not ever had I made a big purchase like this before. After a couple different meetings with Donny White I was leaving Royal Moore in a brand new 2017 Toyota Yaris IA. I was able to do a first time buyers program so my interest is only 1.9% and my payments are very low for having a brand new car. I mentioned that this was my first time ever buying anything like this and I was so overwhelmed during the process. Brent Arritola, the financial adviser was so patient and understanding towards my emotions of buying a new car. I mean I was terrified but with the help of the Royal Moore Toyota employees, I was given a chance to have my dream car. I appreciate all they have done to make this happen for me. Thank you!!! More

Even after scheduling an appointment the dealer didn't know who we were, what car we were looking for and we felt very disconnected from them, so we looked around and gave Royal Moore Toyota a try, Jessie Polk was a salesman, he felt more relaxed, open, friendly and very easy to talk to. He made us comfortable and laugh many times and we ended up buying our car from him, then we went to financing and the financial manager Nate Taylor worked really hard to make the payments the way I wanted it to be. That's what I call service and would like to refer these guys first before you check any other dealer! -David B. More

You can only lose emotionally, because you either make a good deal and then you feel bad what an jerk you was, or you don't make a good deal and you feel bad because you left money on the table. In this case I felt I got the best deal possible for both sides. The car is obviously great and the initial overview of basic features and functions was a positive surprise I haven't experienced before. More

We went to the local Royal Moore dealerships after our Sienna was totaled for we understand these dealerships offer a 20 year, 200,000 mile warranty on their cars. We first went to Mazda but we;re a Toyota car family, since 1978.and ended up buying our second Camry ((or first was a 1990 Camry DX) . Salesman Michael Heusler was very professional and patient in explaining our options with Toyota given our needs and the sales team did a fine job in listening to what we wanted.. Dealership unlike the other Toyota dealerships did not attempt to mislead for the other dealerships are advertising a $2500 cash back ($2000 is only if paid in cash) which is misleading customers. Highly recommend Royal Moore. More
