I spotted a Toyota Tundra. We drove it. Oh my gosh what a drive! Luis was sooooo knowledgeable! It was such a joy to deal with him! He is a great asset to their company! Wonderful personality! Then we got a second salesman, Austin. They work in teams. Again, wonderful personality! And, a joy to work with! Very accommodating to our needs! Helped us in more ways dealing with every aspect of possibly buying a new vehicle! Well, I must say because of these two gentlemen we decided to purchase the Toyota Tundra! Austin went above and beyond showing us the ins and outs of the truck. Wiped it down. Made sure it was cleaned before we drove it home. Got us cold water because it was so hot outside. I cannot say enough about Luis and Autstin! If you do go in to this dealership I would personally ask for those two! Then we sat down to do the dealing of the truck. This is when we met Ron. Good man! Did everything he could to get us the best deal on the truck. Great personality! Fun to deal with! Made us laugh! We got down to the bottom line that we were all happy with then, went in to do the paperwork with Nate. Again great man! Knew his stuff! Went through the paperwork easily in a great time and manner! Everything went through very nice and honestly the time we spent their did not seam as long as it was! And I take that to be working with some great guys and a wonderful company! We have bought 3 total vehicles in the last year and a half through Royal Moore! That should tell you something about their vehicles and customer service! We will continue to buy through them in the future because we have never had such great experiences as we have had with them! Very thorough in showing us the features of the Sienna. We had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle when we started out that morning. We were immediately met by Jessie who took us directly to the vans and did a great job of describing the features of the Sienna. At some point Michael took over answering our questions, and suggested that we should take a test drive so that we would have all of the information we would need relating to the Sienna before we left the lot for the day. He also was extremely helpful in assisting me in choosing which color of van we might buy. He wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with the vehicle we would end up with (if we actually purchased one). We were extremely pleased with how the van drove, how roomy the van was, and its great features. Every person we came in contact with during our time at this dealership was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. By the end of the day we did purchase the Sienna, and we love it! More

Great buying experience. Fast and simple. I had a great buying experience with Patrick Christina on June 22 of this year. Patrick was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and very laid back about the process. I knew what I wanted walking in the door, and he never once tried to upsell or pressure me into added features I didn't need. Brent in the financing department was great as well. He took the time to explain all of our options, and again, didn't try to upsell any extra packages I didn't want. I had a cash offer for my old car before going to Royal Moore. I asked them to prepare two sets of numbers, one with a trade in offer, and one without. Their trade-in offer was 50% higher than the cash offer I had already. I never told them what the cash price I already had was, so they beat it with a blind, good-faith offer. Patrick took the time to show me around the service department and schedule my first service.
