Good Service, good price. The service was good and fast. We intended to purchase a new vehicle and we had a specific make and model in mind. They did not have all the colors av The service was good and fast. We intended to purchase a new vehicle and we had a specific make and model in mind. They did not have all the colors available for the specific trim in stock but said they could get it in a couple of hours. However we ended up liking a color in a higher trim. We did have a little trouble getting specific technical information about some features of the car. Price negotiations were not very tiring but the manager's negotiation style was a little bit on the rude style. Our salesman Mark Smith was great and was helpful. Over all a good experience. A suggestion: the dealership may want to enhance the customer experience by offering better drinking water arrangement (instead of having to fill paper cups at a fountain) and improve the waiting area. More
