Dream Car! I waited almost 2 years to buy my new car. For years I've driven a variety of vehicles and never had a new car. My previous car was a Toyota Sequoia I waited almost 2 years to buy my new car. For years I've driven a variety of vehicles and never had a new car. My previous car was a Toyota Sequoia I purchased on Craigs list (horible buying experience). It was the purchase of that Toyota that brought me to Royal Moore for service. I drove that vehicle for 7 years and everytime I was at Royal Moore for service I would puruse the lot. The sales people were extemely nice and allowed me to test drive a variety of vehicles. When I finally got serious about buying I had a really tough time deciding. I almost purchased a mazda because of the gas mileage. The Sales people were right to tell me to buy the car that I like and not base the decision on just one factor. THANK GOODNESS because I LOVE my new Highlander and would not have been happy with the Mazda soley because of gas mileage. I am glad that they spent the time educating me on the car buying decision making process and took the time to NOT PRESURE me and allow me to come to the decision on my own. You are wonderful and every day I get into my car I say "I love this car"! It may have taken a while to make my final decision but I am very very happy, and BONUS because Royal Moore ended up MATCHING the loan I was originally going to get from the credit union with made financing so much easier. You definetely get MORE at Royal Moore Toyota. Thank you Pam, Todd, Mark and the Royal Moore Team you are fantastic! More

Outstanding in all areas!! I worked with Todd Garrison, Ezra Stewart and Howard Rice when buying my 2014 Toyota Rav4. ALL WERE OUTSTANDING REPRESENTATIVES of Royal Moore Toyat I worked with Todd Garrison, Ezra Stewart and Howard Rice when buying my 2014 Toyota Rav4. ALL WERE OUTSTANDING REPRESENTATIVES of Royal Moore Toyata!!!! They were engaging, candid, helpful and listened carefully to what I wanted and needed. I wanted to buy my new car at Royal Moore based on the Service Department and Scott Howard. I had my previous Toyota serviced at Royal Moore for over 9 years. I was introduced to Todd by Scott and had my initial meeting with him where he answered ALL my questions and made informative suggestions based on my questions. He explained everything completely and in terms I understood clearly. For me it was an incredible first meeting. Ezra was much like Todd in that he was positive, candid, and very easy to work with when it came to questions and great suggestions. It became clear after meeting with Todd and Ezra that I was going to buy my new car from Royal Moore!!!! Working with Howard the Sales Professional was more of the same. He answered all our questions, took us on a test drive and did an outstanding job of pointing out all the benefits of the Rav4 and how it met our needs. Howard is the BEST! I have purchased many new vehicles and as a result had to endure the pushy annoying salesperson. That was NOT the case with Howard at Royal Moore. This was fun! This is the first time I can say I had fun in the process of purchasing a vehicle. Working with Leah was great. She has a great personality, is fun This is the first time I can say I had fun in the process of purchasing a vehicle. Working with Leah was great. She has a great personality, is fun to talk to and knows what she is talking about. Some of my previous experiences with dealerships felt like I was in a stuffy business meeting while trying to by a truck. I went in looking for a truck with specific options. I knew ahead of time that it wasn't on the lot but they checked the region and when there wasn't one close, they ordered the truck for me. Even though the specific truck wasn't there, I was shown many trucks on the lot that had options I was looking at. I also feel I received an incredibly fair value for my trade in. A few weeks later I get a call that my vehicle was coming in and set up a time to pick it up. Again, Leah was great. She took the time to go through the truck with me. I will add that at times throughout the process I interacted with Nate. These interactions were just as good and I really appreciate how I was treated by both Leah and Nate. I am very happy to be a repeat customer. More
Lots of room for improvement in management Bought FJ Cruiser 2013, in June 2014. Sales person was Leah and she was great. I give her 5 stars. The Manager on duty (I don't remember his name) was Bought FJ Cruiser 2013, in June 2014. Sales person was Leah and she was great. I give her 5 stars. The Manager on duty (I don't remember his name) was great too. I recently made 2 calls and left voice messages and never heard back. I drove and stopped by on October 2nd to make first oil change appointment. I explained to the manager that day (the other manager, different than the one who was on duty in June) and he didn't seem to care much. Walked me to the Parts/Service Dept. People there were great. They explained to me they had had issues with the telephone system. I appreciated their explanation. Then I walked back thru the dealership and saw the manager spit (hopefully in a bucket)... that was GROSS! I was used to Ron Tonkin dealership for 10 years and loved it there. I live in Hillsboro and wanted to give the local dealership, Royal Moore Toyota, my business. I very much regret it today. Sincerely, Nathalie Mary More
