He was knowledgeable, engaging, easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable about going forward with the search for the right car. Nick Lee joined us and was equally informative, researching the location of a car we wanted and establishing a price that was reasonable to us. Nick responded to phone calls, texts and emails promptly. When we arrived to finalize the purchase of the car, both Aws and Nick were thorough in explaining the details of the purchase and in answering our questions. One of them was always with us during the process so we didn't feel like we were sitting around wondering what would happen next. I would give them both 5 stars for making this purchase a 5 star experience. Our time with Nate Taylor of Finance was brief since we didn't finance the car, but was equally excellent and welcoming. Many salesmen contacted me to come see them, but Luis from Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro, OR made our decision easy. He was helpful, friendly, honest and a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. We never felt any pressure or that he used any gimmicks or tricks. He listened to what was important to us and didn't stop working until our needs were met. He worked with us without hassle and got us what we wanted for what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership, but especially Luis. I would like to add that the manager, Ron, and the finance manager, Nate, were also awesome! They were honest and worked extra hard for us. All 3 of these gentlemen went above and beyond our expectations. In the future, Royal Moore will be our first stop. More
Don't shop here or with Austin Austin lied to me about the features and capabilities of the car I purchased. Then Austin and the closer ripped me off horribly on my trade in and use Austin lied to me about the features and capabilities of the car I purchased. Then Austin and the closer ripped me off horribly on my trade in and used high pressure to make me feel guilty. Later I found out the finance person increased my interest rate of my credit union, so they could pocket more money. Buying from them was the worst car buyin experience that I've ever had. Austin bribes people with an offer of a free tank of gas to get better ratings. The whole experience was horrible! Don't shop here. More

The sales person, Phil, and the floor manager, Ron, were great to work with. They had the truck I wanted on special, so I new that it was already a good price. I traded in my old truck, and I did my research on what the trade in value was before I went in. I was a little surprised that they came back with the trade in amount that I was looking for, only because I have had bad experiences at other dealerships before with low ball offers. There wasn't any haggling, and the entire process went very smooth. More

Quick and easy I was flipping an almost-expired lease into a new lease. Everyone was professional, patient, helpful, and non-aggressive. We met Jessie and he he helped us to get the Prius we wanted explaining all the features and changes since our last (2010) Prius. Over the years, we have bought five cars from Royal Moore, and for good reason, they treat the customer with respect. No "closer" here, no one tries to pressure you to buy certain options, or makes you feel like a fool if you don't. My wife and I are extremely happy with our car buying experience at Royal Moore. More
