Thorough, friendly, and supportive staff I went to Royal Moore Toyota to test drive a few vehicles that I had seen highly rated online. Because I was interested in a hybrid model, I was intro I went to Royal Moore Toyota to test drive a few vehicles that I had seen highly rated online. Because I was interested in a hybrid model, I was introduced to a salesman with a good deal of experience in hybrids. He asked questions and listened to my answers as he allowed me to drive the cars I wanted to see. One of them was from the Mazda line across the street. How handy and useful it is to be able to drive and compare cars from different brands! After my test drives I decided on a car to suit my needs, but there wasn't one available with all the features I wanted. Lucky for me, there was a model just a step up with everything I wanted... and more! I was given a two-hour education on all of the buttons and gadgets. We explored all of the electronics and found some exciting new features. The guys helped me so much and let me ask questions without feeling silly. They even worked quickly through part of the process so I wouldn't be late for a concert. Thanks, Royal Moore! I love my new car!!! More

Not exactly planning to buy until sometime this spring. Saturday, we had a little time and decided to run into town and test drive some midsize trucks... as we parked our little Subaru in the lot of Royal Moore Toyota, out walks Jesse. Leaning up against the building all nonchalant like he wasn't actually waiting to 'pounce' on us potential customers...LOL. Jason and I kind of laughed about that, But Jesse didn't 'pounce', he just listened. We explained to him why we were there ('just to look') and what we wanted to test drive. He immediately took us to our truck...for a 'test drive'. Jesse was very personable and knowledgeable about our new truck, he was able to quickly pick up on our needs and direct us in the right direction. We, at no time felt pressured to buy, we were presented with exactly what we wanted, so why wait! We absolutely LOVE our new truck! The whole process was quick and painless. We planned on being home by 8:00, after our test drives, we where home by 10:00 with this beautiful new truck! More

I went to the royal moore toyota@hillsboro to testdrive/scope new/preowned subcompact cars.i was not able to find cars which met my budget and other s I went to the royal moore toyota@hillsboro to testdrive/scope new/preowned subcompact cars.i was not able to find cars which met my budget and other specifications at this location -I was ready to move on to my next appointment at a nearby Honda dealer.However, Aws and Nick didn't want me leave empty handed :)..they went out of the way to find me a pre owned car-happened to be a Nissan Versa with low mileage.They were very patient and also agreed to some small customizations all of which which met my budget/needs They truly followed the maxim of customer first.this was my second purchase from a royal moore location(first one was a subaru).i will come back again when I'm ready for my next purchase :) More
