I will say that I had requested information on other cars but the other dealers did not respond. We bought a used car - a 2013 VW Jetta TDI - from him. The experience was great. We had been to other dealers checking on this type of car and were given the stereo-typical used car experience. UGH! Jason was up front, fun and pleasant to work with. He made the whole process much easier than we expected. We drove the car and knew immediately it was what we wanted. It was priced very reasonably. The paperwork process was made quick and simple. Each paper was explained clearly and professionally. Even with all the proficiencies, there was a friendly, familiar feeling with everyone we were in contact with. We will definitely come back when it's time for another car! More

He had a great sense of humor which helped make it less stressful for us, because we all know how stressful buying a new car can be! And he made this a quick and worry-free purchase for us. He didn't pressure us into anything we weren't ready for, which in our past experiences has been hard to find in a car salesperson. The first, and ultimately, only place we needed to visit Though I had never purchased a car from the Royal Moore family in the past, I had relied on them for some service in prior years. They seemed to be mo Though I had never purchased a car from the Royal Moore family in the past, I had relied on them for some service in prior years. They seemed to be more interested in helping me with my problems than the dealership that my truck came from. Fast forward to February '15...my wife Jaime and I are expecting twins, and neither the Tercel or Silverado were going to get the job done. Although I had intimated that I thought a mini van was the way to go, Jaime was less than enthusiastic about buying a "mom" van. We set sail on Saturday morning and went over the mountain right to Royal Moore. Our Sales Rep was Howard Rice, and he was awesome. We told him our situation, and lo and behold, he walked us right to a certified used Sienna. I laughed, and Jaime shot me a look; another person trying to sell her a van. However, after driving the Sienna as well as a Highlander, it was apparent which was going to suit our needs the best. Howard was great at explaining the pros and cons, and never making us feel rushed or pressured into purchasing anything. Once inside at the desk, Doug Nelson (go Rams!) worked very diligently to make the numbers all work out. We left our house in the morning to go "looking" for a new automobile. We came home with a new van that will serve us and our new family for many years to come. If you are looking to buy a new or used car and have never been involved in the process or have a bad taste in your mouth from less than satisfactory past experiences, I urge you strongly to give the Royal Moore team a chance. Rick answered the phone and was ve Before my husband and I went down to Royal Moore, we called the dealership to get a feel for the sales department. Rick answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and friendly so my husband and I decided to go down to the dealership in person. After the test drive we decided to sit down and see what they had to say, initially it got off to a bit of a rocky start in regards to haggling the monthly payment and because it was getting late my husband and I decided to leave the dealership without making a purchase. After we left Nate gave us a call and we discussed the monthly payment and came to an agreement so the next day we went back to the dealership and Leah took over the transaction. Leah was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Leah even went out of her way to make sure we had the mats that we needed for our Prius. I would recommend Leah and the dealership to any prospective customers. Thanks again Leah, Rick, and Nate. More
