Howard was able to listen more than speak, getting an understanding of my needs and not what he wanted to sale me “I want you to be happy” he was able to deliver more than he promise, and always promise a lot! He was willing to invest his time. Howard was honest, thorough, super friendly, and not only did he take the stress out if buying a vehicle, but actually made it an enjoyable experience for both my wife and I. I should mention that the manager was fantastic as well as the finance guy! My experience at Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro Oregon was the very best I have encountered when purchasing a car! Howard Rice was never "pushy" as some I have encountered. He and worked in a very straight forward manner to bring me to a fair trade-in deal that I am very satisfied with. Makes me very happy to be a Toyota owner still! Our car is perfect for us! Howard was also able to get us the outside as well as interior colors that I wanted. Very, very happy about that! Buying a Toyota Hadn't really planned on buying a new car ... just went to check out cars 1 to 2 years old. After looking at two or three cars, we settled on a new T Hadn't really planned on buying a new car ... just went to check out cars 1 to 2 years old. After looking at two or three cars, we settled on a new Toyota Rav4. I think we got a pretty good price and they gave us a good tradein amount for our old car. Still getting used to all the bells and whistles on it, but I'm sure we'll thoughly enjoy driving this car. It's a new car and have never bought a car thru this dealer before, so can't really rate "quality of work". I have just heard good things about Royal Moore dealership. Howard Rice was so friendly and helpful, I'm sure he's the reason we ended up a "new" car instead of used. More

He said he spent a couple hours with the Subaru Manual before we came in so he would be familiar with the car. With all the electronics in a fully load car, that's not easy. No pressure to buy, just a printed quote that they let me take home to do comparison shopping. Everything went smooth! ! The only thing I HATE about the car is the small size of the clock on the dash. I have to put my glasses on to read the dumb thing. Bad - Bad Subaru.
