Rick answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and friendly so my husband and I decided to go down to the dealership in person. After the test drive we decided to sit down and see what they had to say, initially it got off to a bit of a rocky start in regards to haggling the monthly payment and because it was getting late my husband and I decided to leave the dealership without making a purchase. After we left Nate gave us a call and we discussed the monthly payment and came to an agreement so the next day we went back to the dealership and Leah took over the transaction. Leah was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Leah even went out of her way to make sure we had the mats that we needed for our Prius. I would recommend Leah and the dealership to any prospective customers. Thanks again Leah, Rick, and Nate. More
Violation of Written Price Agreement I had a written price agreement with Royal Moore Toyota in email for a Toyota Tacoma Limited with some specific options. Gave them a $500 deposit to order this specific Tacoma. When I went to pick it up none of the options were installed. The dealer stated the options were not included in the agreed upon price, although I have it in writing in an email and they would not honor our agreement. More

We Strongly Recommend Jason Walraven! My husband and I were sick of the usual car buying experience where you get shuffled around to salespeople who can't answer your questions directly. S My husband and I were sick of the usual car buying experience where you get shuffled around to salespeople who can't answer your questions directly. So a few years ago, when my husband wanted to buy a Toyota, he looked up internet sales. We wanted to get a deal on a vehicle at a great price and without the hassle, stress, and same 'ol games. Jason Walraven exceeded our expectations in every way. He was able to get us what we wanted in a friendly and efficient manner. So, this past month when it was time to trade in my vehicle, we contacted Jason again. He doesn't deal directly with Subaru (he's in the Toyota department), but was still able to get us what I wanted - a Subaru. We think Jason is an honest and easy going salesman. We let him know we were coming over, walked with us over to Subaru, and showed us our options. We weren't even planning to buy that day, but he had what we wanted with a great trade-in value of our existing vehicle. He even set up a future appointment for us with the Subaru service department for some add-ons. We strongly recommend Jason Walraven for your next vehicle purchase! More
Really helpful I went in with a bit of confusion since I just moved to hillsboro, and I was a new driver as well. Since I did a lot of online research about the Corolla models, prices and features, I kind of knew exactly which model I wanted. Leah helped me find a similar model present in the lot and went for a test drive. The actual model which I wanted was not present there, but they got hold of a nearby toyota dealer nearby and made a trade in that day itself and made sure that I got all the paperwork done that day itself. Even though it was a busy day at the dealership for them, they managed to get me home with my new car that day itself. Leah also gave me a ride till home since it was a foggy night and I was not comfortable driving home. Really appreciate that. And I will definitely recommend this dealership. More
