Great Service from Jason Walraven and Brent Arritola Jason was great to work with from start to finish. Very prompt and courteous replies via email and when I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment Jason was great to work with from start to finish. Very prompt and courteous replies via email and when I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment expecting to wait, he came to assist right away. I felt that Jason was honest and forthright throughout the process and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions easily and quickly. When I questioned the amount I was receiving for my trade-in he explained the reasoning behind it without attempting to beat around the bush. I would certainly work with Jason again, and will recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Brent was entertaining and great to work with as well. My past experiences with sitting in the finance office of any dealership is never something I'd call enjoyable. With Brent it was different, he was personable and I didn't feel as though he was trying to sell me on any ridiculous warranties or unnecessary upgrades. Both gentlemen seemed to like what they do, and that shows. Neither one made me feel as though they were trying to make a sale, they appeared to genuinely care about my experience. What is not noted is that I was purchasing a Mazda and both Jason and Brent work within the Toyota offices at Royal Moore. My trade-in was a scion. More

not pushy , friendly but time consuming I went to Broadway Toyota before contacting royal Moore. Didn't have a good experience with Broadway. I started off by emailing Jason at royal Moore and he got back to me asap. What I liked was that he didn't push me to give him my phone number. He didn't contact me every day. He patiently waited till I was ready to call. This is hard to find in a dealership in my opinion. I then worked with Patrick when I got to the dealership. He was good too. None of the sales people were as push as the other dealerships. Only downside was the wait time to sign the paperwork. It took forever ! More

Purchase of 2013 Prius Felt very comfortable buying here. The service at the dealership has always been great and that is what led us to purchase the 2013 Prius. Every Toyota we have owned we have driven well past the 150,000 mile mark so buy used is not an issue. More

Multiple Disappointments - Would Not Go Back My husband and I purchased our used car this past weekend. While we are pleased with our purchase, our overall experience with Royal Moore was disappo My husband and I purchased our used car this past weekend. While we are pleased with our purchase, our overall experience with Royal Moore was disappointing. The first issue I had was when we were passed off to another sales person, since Jason was "triple booked", even though we had scheduled with him the day before. That was fine, we enjoyed working with Howard, but the vehicle we had scheduled to test drive wasn't ready, as had been promised. We waited around for a bit, then drove over to the "used" lot with Howard. After the test drive, I noticed that the hood wasn't closing properly, so Howard checked with a technician to see what the problem was. We were told it was a simple fix, but that there was no one at the dealership that day (a Saturday) who could fix it. We were going to have to drive back (over an hour drive), pay for a rental car, and leave the car there a different day. Since we were already buying the car at a reduced price, we didn't push to lower the price a whole lot. However, part of our deal was that the car we were buying be detailed (something I was told was a given), and our current car be lightly cleaned. They vacuumed and washed our current car well, but the car we purchased seemed like it had only been vacuumed inside. There was a ton of grime on the dashboard and center console (something I specifically mentioned, and asked be cleaned off), but it was still there when I drove the car home. There was also a stale/sour smell in the car, but I was going to have to drive back a different time if I wanted them to get it out. As I said, we enjoyed working with Howard, but I wish he or someone else had made sure the things we mentioned were better taken care of. It didn't seem to be a very busy day at the dealership, so the way our concerns were brushed off made me feel that they didn't value our business, since we weren't "high dollar" customers. We were told someone would be in contact with us to schedule getting the hood fixed, but have yet to hear from anyone. I'll be able to get the hood fixed, I've gotten the funky smell mostly out, and I cleaned the grime off the dash myself, so all is not lost; we bought a great car, with low miles, at a good price. However, all these things cost extra if we don't want to make multiple hour+ (one way) trips to have Royal Moore do the work. More
