After a brief conversation, he showed us the perfect van! Then, the dreaded negotiations started. Austin was the first one to greet us upon exiting our vehicle and right away he was kind and courteous. He asked us what we were looking for, we told him and he took the reigns. He took us down to the certified lot and it was there that we found the perfect vehicle. Throughout the whole process starting with the first meet and greet, Austin had what it takes. Although he is new to the car selling world, he did a great job getting us answers even if he didn't have them. He was not pushy and didn't make our experience stressful.
