Great Experience. Had a great experience working with Michael, Nate and Pat. All went fairly smoothly. Had to wait a bit longer than would have liked on detailing. Michael was patient and spent as much time as needed going over all the features of the vehicle and did not want us to leave until we were sure he had answered all questions. Financing went smoothly and very fast. Our only complaint would be the amount of time we had to wait for the new car to be detailed, apparently they were very busy on the day we purchased the vehicle. However, we would buy a car there again. More

He was very interested in finding out how he could best serve me and was happy to let me test drive my new Tacoma. He was very knowledgeable with the Truck options and understood what I was looking for. The experience was low pressure. The dealership appraised my trade in and offered me a very good price - More than what I was expecting to be honest. Austin and the Sales manager, wanted my business and made me their best offer quickly without wasting my time. Pam took care of the financials, and I drove home a happy new truck owner and a solid experience with Royal Moore Toyota. I recommend that you go in and make a deal during their event sale. More

Enter the first salesman who failed miserably and didn't even try to help, I had to cross the street to what I assumed was a different dealer. It was however still Royal Moore. I got the opportunity to meet two sales people that did outstanding, Leah ultimately helped me find exactly what I wanted in an Audi! Leah you were amazing thank you. I drove off the lot a happy man and the smile continued as I rolled my new car around until the next day when it started overheating. I called Ezra who is a sales manager and he didn't hesitate to help in every way possible. Thank you Ezra, you helped turn what would have been a nightmare into continued great experience. I can't timber every ones name that helped that day, the first salesman was bad, the second took me to several different lots attempting to help as much as he could, forgive me for not rendering your name. Also the jovial Broncos fan that pushed the paperwork through I appreciate your time! Dont ever let go of Leah, because in the grand scheme of it all, she made this happen! One of the best services I've ever had Couple of weeks ago, I went in to look at Tacoma's and Jessie Polk came out to ask if I needed any help. I told him that I was in the process of sell Couple of weeks ago, I went in to look at Tacoma's and Jessie Polk came out to ask if I needed any help. I told him that I was in the process of selling my vehicle through craigslist and that when I sold it I'd come back and purchase a Tacoma. Two weeks later, I sold my vehicle and called Jessie who gave me his card the first time I looked at Tacoma's on the lot. He seemed very polite and not a sales person who hounds you. Anyway, I called him and said I'm ready to purchase a vehicle which he asked me a couple of specific questions so that I get the right vehicle that I wanted. Three days later, the Tacoma that I wanted to my specifics was waiting for me right in the front looking "Fly". Went in did the paper work and the staff inside from Jessie to Nate to Pam...they all treated me with respect and kindness which are core values to me. I recommend all of them and commend them on an amazing experience. More

We had decided after a long "thinking about it period" to go ahead a start looking at a number of cars. I've owned at least 4 toyotas in the past and have never had a bad one, so we stopped at the Toyota dealer first. We ended up test driving a Prius and then a Camry Hybrid. Micheal, the saleman was so easy to talk to and explained everything more than once if necessary. So we went in just to look some numbers, and was introduced to Nate Taylor who after a couple of back and forths, gave us what I think was a very good deal. It was overall, probably the best car buying expierence I've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota. More

We did not experience any pressure. Due to our choice of color, vehicle and our personal schedule for payment we picked up our Sienna at a later date. When we came to take care of the paperwork, payment and pick up our van Michael was very detailed in explaining all the items and technology on the Sienna. He spent multiple hours with us and again was listening to our questions and repeated or gave more detailed information when needed. We left with a smile on our faces as owners of a beautiful, new Sienna XLE. More
