After meeting Mark Smith I knew I wanted to buy from Royal Moore. He looked up the 2 V6 Camry's that I was interested in one black and one gray. I was going to settle on the gray even though the wife wanted black. Mark said keep to the black if that's what she wanted. After searching the lot we found the black Camry. WOW. I don't remember how many times i pestered him re different models of Corolla, & i even sat in a Scion, which wasn't for me. He never pushed me to make a decision immediately. He is very patient, & i think he just about fainted when, on Saturday, I told him i was ready to buy! I got a fair deal on my trade-in. Everything went smoothly and i am enjoying my 2014 Corolla LE Plus! For anyone who doesn't like the whole car buying process, i recommend buying a Toyota from Jason at Royal Moore. Thinking about the bad reviews on the internet of each dealer, I didn't expect too much but prepared to fight for a long period to get a deal. I was surprised that we didn't get any trouble to purchase our 2014 prius. Pam was very friendly and knowledgeable. She's honest too. I know it's hard even funny to use 'honest' to describe a sales especially a car sales person, but she indeed is. No time waste, test drive, negotiation, trade in and done. We could almost get our new car within 2 hours if we had chosen a different color which was in stock. It took Pam 3 hours to trade the car in our favorite color from another dealer. She's superb. Definitely recommend! More

He explained the benefits of both from his experience driving them but ultimately the Camry was the better vehicle. I drove both and had been to other dealerships. The car I was interested in wasn't at the lot Mark worked. He was able to secure the car and get it to me that evening. The Gresham Toyota dealership tried to sell me Camry based on the negatives of Ford rather than the superiority of the Camry. Mark never ventured there, his quality knowledge of the both vehicles and the information he was able to relay me sold the car. After driving both and speaking to both a Ford dealership and Toyota, it was his knowledge and ability to effectively compare and contrast the two vehicles that ultimately convinced me on the wiser choice was the Camry. I'm glad it was Mark I ran into or I may be driving a fusion right now. I'm very happy I'm not. I'm thoroughly enjoying this car. More

When it came down to negotiations, the manager had a very forward and honest approach with what he could do for us.
