Mark Smith was a great guy who took me through the proces It was a great experience buying my first car (Toyota Camry XLE 2014) at Royal Moore Toyota. Mark Smith was a great guy who took me through the process, slowly, explaining all details with patience, and providing valuable guidance throughput. When I told him that I needed to get my desired car color and trim level within 2-3 days, he went out of the way to ensure the car was delivered to their lot on time. He even stayed up late to give me a confirmation call that the car had arrived and it was good to be sold the next morning (4th of July!!). Also, the test drives (with Michael) were fantastic. Both of them explained in detail the features in all Camry versions and I learnt a lot from them which helped me in making my final decision to go for the XLE. Strongly Recommend if you are looking for a Toyota!! More

Michael met us and we explained we were just starting out to look for a used car. He talked to me about what I wanted and price range. Showed us two cars that we test drove and liked both. Michael was pleasant and personable, not pushy or high pressured. He knew for me it was a huge purchase and I appreciated the respect. The car he found for me was just what I needed. Michael also made sure the little details were all in a row, from cup holders to getting an extra key. I couldn't believe that evening that I had the car hunting all finished, and pleasantly so! More

2014 Highlander is a DREAM Car We recently purchased a 2014 Highlander from Jason Walraven at Royal Moore last week. Although he was a dream to work with during the buying process, We recently purchased a 2014 Highlander from Jason Walraven at Royal Moore last week. Although he was a dream to work with during the buying process, I wanted to wait to write my review as they were adding accessories after the purchase. I can say, wouldn't have mattered because it's still been a five star experience! I began the process wanting a very specific car (not on the lot at the time). With a growing family we needed to trade in our RAV 4 and upgrade to a larger vehicle, we chose the Highlander as I have a bias towards minivans. Not only did Jason work extremely hard to get it for us, he had it within DAYS, at a more than competitive price. Jason delivered on everything he promised and more, even detailing my car a SECOND time and providing me with a loaner car when having agreed upon accessories added after the fact to meet all of my customization standards. The Highlander is a dream car, a smooth ride with TONS of space for multiple children with the third row seating option. AND a 200,000 mile / 20 yr power-train warranty included at no additional cost? According to our research that beat the next closet dealer warranty by an additional 10 years and 100,000 miles....From start to finish I felt like Jason was there to help us, he didn't disappear after the sale and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and Royal Moore again.
