They did not have all the colors available for the specific trim in stock but said they could get it in a couple of hours. However we ended up liking a color in a higher trim. We did have a little trouble getting specific technical information about some features of the car. Price negotiations were not very tiring but the manager's negotiation style was a little bit on the rude style. Our salesman Mark Smith was great and was helpful. Over all a good experience. A suggestion: the dealership may want to enhance the customer experience by offering better drinking water arrangement (instead of having to fill paper cups at a fountain) and improve the waiting area. More

Mark Smith in sales was knowledgeable, personable, and patient as we tried out about 5 different models during those months -- answering our questions and never pushing us to make a decision. Today we finally made our decision, and Mark helped us through pricing negotiations and coordinated with the service department to get an add-on the same day. He was very professional, pleasant and treated my daughter and myself with respect and kindness. He and the sales manager went above and beyond for us and gave us a great deal on a car my daughter fell in love with. I didn't have to haggle, when i told them what we could afford, they made it happen. It truely was the easiest and best car buying experience i have ever had. And trust me, i have had a few. I would recommend Royal Moore and Howard to anyone! They truelly present as a caring team who wants to help you, not just sell a car. More

Nearly all of it was done via email during a particularly busy week for me. Pam was very straightforward and a breeze to work with. More

They made me feel comfortable, didn't pressure me at all and made me realize I did not have to go from dealership to dealership to find a good deal!
