Jessie Polk helped answering our questions and after we became interested in a deal and ended up staying much longer and later, Jessie maintained to treat the visit just as if it were a visit happening during earlier business hours—still being friendly, pleasant, informative, and patient—things you would not expect of anyone who is working after his hours and things you would not impose on yourself in the same situation. Also, the entire process was clearly informative but never persuasive at any point, which made it an absolutely stress-free and positive purchasing experience. More
Professional and Excellent New Car Purchase I was out of town when my husband initially connected with Jason regarding the purchase of a new Prius. We had done our online research and made an appointment to "shop talk" the next day with Mark. Mark was outstanding in every way--answered all our questions in a straight-forward fashion, made the test drive pleasurable yet explained all of the car's pertinent functions concisely and conveyed upgrade information in a non-pressure manner. His upbeat, energetic personality and great sense of humor made the purchase, from start to finish, pleasureable. Pam was also great in the finance department. It was relatively quick and all of the details of our agreement well explained. It was the end of the day and she was friendly and energetic. Because our purchase concluded at the end of Sunday, I needed to return the following Wed. to pick up floor mats.(they were available for pick-up Monday, but I had to work!) When I drove into the service area, the salesman was friendly and prompt with delivery of my mats. Perhaps one small area where service could really have received an outstanding from me, would have been the service man carrying the bulky mats to the car and laying them out, along with the cargo mat.
