Worst customer service ever! I will not list the sales person, my awful experience was with their finance person, sadly I can't remember his name. While the sales person I was hel I will not list the sales person, my awful experience was with their finance person, sadly I can't remember his name. While the sales person I was helped by was courteous and willing to show me whatever I asked to see once I was ready to talk financing, the experience went downhill quickly. I have excellent credit so this was not a factor in this review. The finance manager was rude and was interested in only furthering his bottom dollar at my expense. The fact that he was not even willing to show me more than just his estimation of a deal was a quick turn off for me. I asked to see some financing estimates with a fairly reasonable interest rate, one that I knew I could definitely qualify for but he insisted on running a credit report before he would even talk costs with me. I was not about to have a hard hit on my credit report unless I knew what they were willing to do for me, something that Beaverton Toyota was willing to do immediately when I went to them the very next day, I ended up buying my car at Beaverton Toyota instead. Royal Moore permanently lost a customer, the sad truth here is that this would have been our fourth purchase with them. Between my husband and I we have purchased 3 other cars throughout the years. Never again! More
