Mark Smith was highly recommended by a friend so we asked for him after arriving at the dealership. He was very friendly, personable, honest and genuine and made the whole experience fun. Marks kind personality and knowledge about the Toyota Sienna was a large part of our decision to buy and we are very glad we decided to take his advice and go with the Sienna! I first was trying to do business with Broadway Toyota and I will never go back there after the way I was treated. I went to Wilsonville Toyota because of the easy process thats advertised and I would have walked away with an overly priced vehicle so that was a no go. I then went to Gresham Toyota and they only had one four door Tundra and pressured me to make a deal with that one even though it was the wrong color and didn't have the options I was looking for. To make a long story short save yourself the trouble and the time and visit Royal Moore Toyota and ask for Nate Taylor. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and Im very impressed to meet a Sales Manager who is down to earth and doesn't make you feel like you're wasting their time. No pressure from him and he did everything he said he would. Kind of nice to have a young man that was honest, forthright and listened to what we wanted; not what he wanted. No push to used cars, no unanswered questions and anything he wasn't sure of he did not commit to just to get the sale. We did not purchase until the next day as I let him know that we would need to pray about it; he totally understood and was genuinely receptive. When we came back, he was prepared and ready and walked us through the process. Royal Moore can say they have one great employee as far as I am concerned. I feel once the paperwork was done there was no concern on the Salesman part to correct the "second key" statement. More

Streamlined and pleasant experience We had been looking for a Highlander for a month or so, but couldn't find what we wanted. We learned of the 20 yr/ 200000 warranty at Roayal Moore and We had been looking for a Highlander for a month or so, but couldn't find what we wanted. We learned of the 20 yr/ 200000 warranty at Roayal Moore and decided to check them out. What a huge difference in the way we were treated compared to the other dealerships. I e-mailed Jason telling him what we wanted and he not only responded right away, he also gave us invaluable information regarding the options available (pros and cons). He had no problem getting us the vehicle we wanted! We were extremely happy with the price he quoted us as well as the service we received from everyone there. The drive was totally worth it! More

I assisted my daughter in buying a new Mazda 3 at Royal Moore Toyota. Why Toyota for a Mazda? Because Jessie works at the Toyota and handles the online sales. I had done a Kelly Blue Book valuation of my Miata as a possible trade-in or outright dealer purchase. Jessie responded. When I told him we were coming in to check out a specific listing, he brought the car over from next door,took her for a test drive and sat down and helped us work out a deal that we were both pleased with. It did take one iteration but we got a good deal. He also made sure the vehicle was detailed and ready to go once we had completed the pages and pages of the sales agreement with Brent. Brent kept it light and helped her decide which financing package to go with and caught a glitch in the first printout so did it over to ensure we got the discount. Overall, the best car buying experience ever. More
