Couldn't be more pleased. I live in Salem but have purchased my last 2 Toyotas from a rival dealership in PDX. I contacted Jason Walraven at Royal Moore and he went the extra mile to find one in transit from Japan and we took delivery with 1 mile (yup, 1 mile). We took delivery and throughout the process I kept waiting for the "fine print" to increase the price. The final price was exactly as quoted (excluding all the state fees and my add-ons) and we drove away very happy customers. I was further impressed with Jason's knowledge of the very complicated Prius and Royal Moore's included extended warranty. More

I was very impressed with Michael's knowledge about the car's systems and functions and especially his hands-on help with the Entune system. My last Toyota Camry was a 1998 so there was a big learning curve and Michael spent the time helping us get comfortable with the car before we drove away. Jason will patiently go the extra mile for you throughout the entire process of purchasing a vehicle. He clearly makes the experience about you and provides you with friendly, reliable, easy to understand information about Toyota vehicles, including its operation, driving and safety features and maintenance schedules. Although two other Toyota dealerships are closer to my home, I choose Jason and the folks at Royal Moore for my car purchases and maintenance. More

We were not prepared to buy that day, but being a good salesman as he is, we left with a Parisian Night Toyota Camry. The wait was too long for the paper work and the dealership should have beverages and some snacks or even a vending machine as we were there from about 5:30 till past 10 pm. To be fair, we had to drive home to get our check book. Fortunately, Donny was thoroughly entertaining and it helped pass the time. I want to mention the lady in the room, sorry, I forgot her name but she is the happiest lady on earth. They are both assets to Royal Moore. More
