Great experience with Andrew Rams. I was referred by a friend and we were in contact via text and email to determine possibilities. When I came into the dealership the cars that I want I was referred by a friend and we were in contact via text and email to determine possibilities. He was straightforward, more than fair, and continued to work with us until the problem was finally fixed. We purchased the car from Royal Moore in 2015 and the excellent customer service George has consistently provided in their shop keeps us coming back to Royal Moore for service for our two Toyotas.
